The Somers office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has announced the lease of 1340 square feet in the West Suffield Shops on Mountain Road in Suffield CT.
Victoria Clark acted in a dual agency capacity representing both the Lessor, West Suffield Prop, LLC, and the new tenant, Chic & Antique, LLC.

Chic & Antique is owned by Geoff and Ellen Abare, who are natives of Suffield CT. The unique home furnishing shop will be specializing in “shabby chic” décor with hand painted, distressed and antique furniture. Abare believes “West Suffield is our hometown; it’s where we want to build our business. If you build something with quality and promote it well, people will drive a few miles off the beaten path”.
