It truly is a shame that an administration that held so much promise for so many has revealed itself to be 'politics as usual'. And to toss in that (in)famous quote of Jarrett's was a master stroke. The controversy over that has been allowed to die, along with so many other statements and actions. There was never any doubt she said it, her contention was that it was never supposed to be mentined outside of closed doors. Still doesn't dispute the fact though.
But Hillary's done, tossed under the bus, and thank goodness. To hint at 'Oligarchy' as you did is exactly what a United States under her and 'Slick Willie' would be.
As far as who sent out Rice to spread the word, I personally believe it was Hillary, but she had to answer to somebody, didn't she.
