Greg Caron International Chili Society Chili Cook Off

Ellington resident Cpl. Greg Caron was wounded in an explosion on Nov. 11 in Afghanistan. Caron, 25, was severely injured by an improvised explosive device, resulting in the loss of his legs and a finger. He continues to recover in Bethesda, MD, following multiple surgeries.

On January 28th, there will be a very special fund raising event for a CT hero, Marine Greg Caron from Ellington.
The "Greg Caron International Chili Society Chili Cook Off" will be held 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5. Good food and a bar...and a GREAT cause what more can you ask for?
