Previous Championships include but are not limited to: Current NJ Red Chili State Champion, Pocono Mountain District, Maine State, Florida Keys, NH State 2x, S. Mississippi Regional, Long Island District, Main Street Heat, MT Airy, MD, VT State, Mt. Wachussetts Regional and others.

Chief Judge for the San Antonio,TX Regional, SC State 2x, Bluffton, SC Regional, Long Island, NY District as well as seven Chili for our Troops in Kosovo 2x, Iraq 2x, Afghanistan 2x and CTANG.

Organizer of the very successful New England Regional Chili Cook Off that has raised over $100,000 and 6 tons of canned goods in 5 years, TX State, and many, many more.

Cooked at the ICS World Championships 7 times in 8 years.

Mentor to more cooks than I can count....that’s where lifelong friendships have come from.
