Proceeds from the interactive mystery play will go towards the Opening Knight Players' trip to Scotland.

The drama club will be performing an interactive mystery play called The Great High School Whodunit on Friday and Saturday.

The activities kick off at 7 p.m. at the high school auditorium.

The Opening Knight Players, under the direction of their advisor, EHS English and theater teacher William Prenetta, will transform Ellington High into a place of dastardly deeds and nefarious goings-on.

At 7 p.m., audience members will be divided into teams and learn the roles they will play, that of high school students at fictitious Dudley High.

The plot will unfold and suspects will emerge during an "assembly," followed by a search for physical evidence in a clue hunt that takes place throughout the school.
