Richard J. and Martha D. Tucker of Somers transferred the property at 88 Ninth District St. in Somers to Scot L. Stanton of Somers for $310,000 on Dec. 2. The sale was recorded on Dec. 3.
HSBC Bank USA NA Trustee transferred the property at 9 White Birch Circle to Norman and Albana Karaja for $175,674 on Dec. 3. The sale was recorded on Dec. 4.
