The Town of Ellington, in cooperation with the and the , is holding a Rabies & Microchip clinic. There are no residency requirements. Dr. Prichard from the Ellington Center Animal Clinic will be on staff to administer the vaccines and microchips. The fee is $20.00 cash only, per Rabies vaccine. Please have all dogs on leashes and cats in carriers. Written proof, of either a valid Rabies certificate or dog license showing a prior vaccincation, must be presented to qualify for a three year vaccine. Otherwise a one year vaccine will be given. Tags are not sufficient proof for a three year vaccine. Microchipping will also be offered for a fee of $25.00, cash only. This includes the microchip and registration.
