Ellington Making it Easier to License Your Dog

June is annual dog license month and Ellington residents can now renew online.

The Ellington Town Clerk's office is now making it easier to renew your dog's license - online.

Online registration will now be available June 1 by visiting the town web site. In order to register online, rabies certificates must be current in the Town Clerk's office.

If you choose to register online, credit and debit cards are accepted and the license and tags will be mailed to you once the payment has processed.

Ellington is offering this option as a new way to save time and postage for town residents.

Residents can still register in person or by mail and a current rabies certificate must be provided. If registering by mail, residents are asked to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
