Two Somers Residents Charged With Drug Possession in West Hartford
The suspects were arrested in separate incidents.
Two Somers residents were arrested in West Hartford during separate incidents.
They are as follows:
Jeffrey Higgins, 25, of Somers, was charged by West Hartford police on Jan. 16 with possession of drug paraphernalia, defective muffler and illegal possession. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.
Amber Brown, 25, of Somers, was charged by West Hartford police on Jan. 16 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.
