Harry Torres, 22, of 187 Winfield Dr., New Britain, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, on a warrant at Osborn Correctional Institution in Somers.
May 29
Aaron Herring, 23, of 287 Bilton Rd., Somers, was charged with assault on public safety personnel, on a warrant at Northern Correctional Institution in Somers.
