Ellington-Somers Police Blotter: March 29 - April 4

The following arrest reports, provided by Connecticut State Police, are accurate as of April 5, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

March 31
The Ellington Resident State Troopers Office is investigating damage done to a resident's vehicle on West Road at the Victoria House Apartments. 

Thomas R. Taylor, 23, of Wilbraham, MA, was arrested and charged with several crimes related to burglaries or attempted burglaries over a one-month period in early August to early September 2012 in the towns of Somers in Stafford. According to state police, Taylor is charged with: second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, two counts of fourth-degree larceny and three counts each of third-degree burglary, related conspiracy, and attempt to commit third-degree burglary.

April 1
Joyce L. Truman, 46, of 24 Pomeroy Lane, Somers, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, third-degree identity theft and third-degree forgery. 

Alan J. Ouellette, 47, of 33 Wapping Road, Broad Brook, was arrested and charged in Ellington with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

April 3
The Ellington Resident State Troopers Office is investigating an assault involving two juvenile males.
