Cystal Lake Cove Filling In

I'm very concerned about the Aborn Cove of Crystal Lake that is filling in and becoming "swamp" land in front of my home. I have tried contacting all sorts of agencies/groups/individuals,  etc.. and no one seems concerned. Where can I now turn for help? This cove was once a viable boating and fishing area about 5 feet deep and has now become filled in and maybe ankle deep. Please post any advice and/or contacts regarding this natural resource in our town.
