The Ellington Senior Center is pleased to announce the first speaker in a new series of collaborations with Hall Memorial Library. Dr. Gayethri Narayanswamy "Dr. Swamy" will discuss pre-holiday stress relief. A light lunch will be served at 12:30pm followed by Dr. Swamy's presentation at 1:00pm. Preregistration is required; you can either register with the librabry or call the senior center at 860-870-3133.
