How can you shop for FREE? Drug Store tips!

Are you confused by coupons? Do reward systems at the stores not make sense? Do you want to know how to shop for FREE? Read along, hopefully this will teach you how to use coupons in drug stores!

This is Erin Blake from www.thecouponation.com bringing you some education on how to coupon efficiently to get items for FREE, cheap, or sometimes even make money on deals!

First Step: Sign up for rewards cards @ CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid. They all have reward programs that earn you "cash" for their store!

Second Step: Match up sales, reward programs, and coupons.

Third Step: Before heading out to the store make a transaction list so you can split up transactions to "roll" your rewards. For instance this would be a way to "roll" your ECBS @ CVS.

Transaction #1:

Reeses Peanut Butter Cups $0.99

Pay $0.99

Receive $0.99 ECB

Transaction #2:

Colgate Toothpaste $1.99

Use a $1 off coupon

Use $0.99 ECB from Transaction #1

Pay $0 and Receive $0.99 ECB for Colgate

(this is just to give an idea, not the actual sales this week)

So out of pocket you pay $0.99, get free toothpaste and candy, and walk out with $0.99 to keep "rolling" or to use the following week.

I hope this gives you a better understanding on how to use all the reward systems to your advantage. Check out www.thecouponation.com for this weeks deals and other great tips! If you need any coupon advice pleast contact me:
