This Saturday we prepare for winter with a celebration of birds... Be Kind to your Feathered Friends from 9 to noon at Arbor Park. The highlight of our day will be Horizon Wings Raptor Rehabilitation and Education presenting Birds of Prey at 10 AM. Ellington Agway will be on hand to display the many types of bird feeders and bird food available for feeding your favorite birds through the cold weather. There will be handcrafted bird houses and bird feeders for sale. Entertainment will be provided by Cameron Sutphin and his guitar/vocal melodies. Throw on your warm woolies and/or your rain boots if necessary and join us this Saturday; there are only two market days left to meet your friends and neighbors and take home fresh, wholesome food and products. Our farmers are still harvesting their fresh, local food for your table. Support your local farmers and entrepreneurs these last two weeks of the market season.
