MANCHESTER — The proposed Dave & Buster's location in Manchester, which would be the first Connecticut location of the popular restaurant/arcade chain, could be approved by the Manchester Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting Monday, Oct. 21, 2013.

The Shoppes at Buckland Hills and its parent company, General Growth Properties, have submitted an application to the Manchester Planning Department to construct a 26,400-square foot location of Dave & Buster's on land owned by the company next to the recently opened Market Grill

Consideration of that application appears on the agenda of the Planning and Zoning Commission's Oct. 21 meeting, held at 7 p.m. in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room at 494 Main St.

Staff in the town's Planning Department said that, if the Shoppes at Buckland Hills' application is approved, it would still be subject to the standard 15-day appeals process.
