Lynn Fahy, from the Ellington Historical Society says:

"This was in the collection of the late Shirley Gross, who worked at her father's restaurant, Jimmy's, at the lake. The cone has been gone from in front of the old place, which is abandoned but is still on Sandy Beach Road, for a long time."
