Clyde Gill, III et al transferred the property at 14 Florence Ave. to First American Funding, LLC for $20,380.99.

Lewis W. Frederick transferred the property at 12 High Ridge Rd. to Elizabeth R. Norman for $175,000.

Quantum of Ellington II, LLC transferred the property at 12 Windermere Village Rd. to Margaret B. Wolff for $347,900.

Somers

Jeffrey A. and Elizabeth T. Gable transferred the property at 320 Billings Rd. to Wendy J. Hyde for $305,000.
