Raymond and Patricia Giguere transferred property at 6 Lovely Dr. to Richard and Nancy Alberghini for $124,900.

Margaret Pappas transferred property at 10 Meetinghouse Lane, Lot 3 to Letourneau Bros. Construction, LLC for $115,900.
