Restaurant: Impossible Pastori's Finally Airing

Have you been anxiously awaiting the airing of the  episode on the Food Network?

Well, the wait is finally over. The episode will be airing tonight at 10 p.m. on the Food Network.

According to the Food Network Web site, the task of revamping was host Robert Irvine's most difficult challenge up to that point. It says that not only was the restaurant a few months away from closing, but that the family was in disrepair.

The site says that in addition to other problems, owner Bill Savvidis has just fired his head cook - his oldest son - and that customers are now complaining about a decline in the food.

A quote on the site says: "If bad food and family feuds are not enough trouble, Robert is also confronted with an interior design that is about as fun as a waiting room. Robert has two-days and $10,000 to save this restaurant and this family... could this mission truly be impossible?"
