This is the first in what will be a weekly feature in which I feature a photo from around town.
The first installment brings us a photo posted by Ellington Animal Control. Padraigh Fitzgerald, 9, stopped by the office with a very generous donation of dog and cat food, toys, and treats.
"What a big heart, to think of the animals in need," they wrote. "Thanks for thinking of them!"
