Adam Betz, 19, of 20 Ellsworth Ln., Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Muddy Brook Rd. in Ellington, 2:52 a.m.
July 29
Thomas P. Sullivan, 20, of P.O. Box 29, Ellington, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a warrant.
Jodie B. Shumsky, 20, of 16 Missile Dr., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Main St. in Somers, 4:35 p.m.
July 31
James Taylor, 51, of 359 Salmon Brook St., Granby, was charged with illegal sale of a controlled substance and unauthorized delivery to a corrections/humane institution, on a warrant.
