Tea House Restaurant
Nestled in Ellington Shopping Plaza near the corner of Middle Butcher Road and Route 83 in Ellington, Tea House Restaurant offers Chinese cuisine in a cozy, comfortably intimate setting. Under new management since February 2010, the Tea House has been an Ellington dining establishment for approximately 10 years. Have a seat at one of the restaurant's 15 tables and choose from a variety of appetizers, soups, combination plates or house specialties. The menu is very reasonably priced, with the most expensive item costing $20.95 (a pu pu platter that serves three people). Besides fried rice, egg foo young, chow mein, lo mein or moo sho, Tea House also has a variety of healthy choices that are low-calorie and include no salt, oil or cornstarch.
