The Fred Astaire Dance Studio in South Windsor is now offering classes for some of the most important people in life – kids! We are now offering youth ballroom classes for ages 7 to 9 on Thursdays from 3:45 to 4:30pm, and classes for ages 10 to 13 on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:15.

Our youth class is a fun way for your son or daughter to get active while learning a variety of dance styles. Your children will learn our smooth ballroom dances, including the bubbly foxtrot, the elegant waltz and the dramatic tango. They will also learn our rhythm dances, including the romantic rumba, fast-paced swing, energetic cha cha and spicy salsa.

Group classes offer a variety of dance styles to give your child an overall dance experience. Your child will learn more than just steps. They will develop the tools necessary to relate with others while learning a discipline that will create confidence and pride.
