On Tuesday afternoon, the Somers High School boys' soccer team fell 1-0 to visiting Granby.
The Spartans had 15 shots on goal and Joe Pantuosco was tough on offense. Somers also got a strong defensive effort and leadership from Kyle Foster, Matt Kopec, and Nick Elia.
Kyle Trusch made five saves for the Spartans.
