Somers Schools to Close Early Due to Snow
Accumulation may reach as high as six inches in parts of northern Connecticut.
Students in all Somers public schools are being dismissed early today, Dec. 17, due to the snowstorm.
From the Somers Public Schools website:
"Due to the inclement weather, Somers Public Schools will have an early dismissal. All after school activities are cancelled."
Ellington students were also dismissed early.
The National Weather Service said this part of the state may see between 3 to 6 inches of snow accumulation.
