Somers Resident Named to High Honor Roll at Pomfret School

Jeff Austin, of Somers, was recently named to the High Honor Roll for the winter term at Pomfret School.

Austin is a member of the Class of 2015.

A student earns Honors with a 3.0 average and no grade below a "B-." A student earns High Honors with a 3.5 average and no grade below a "B-."

Founded in 1894, Pomfret School is an independent college preparatory boarding and day school for 350 students in grades 9 through 12 from 26 states and 13 foreign countries.
