Somers Residents Named to Dean's List at Saint Michael's College

Hanna Tyser and Mary Waters were recognized for academic achievement for the Fall semester.

The following local residents were named to the Fall 2012 Dean's List at Saint Michael's College, a liberal arts, residential Catholic college located in Burlington, VT, one of the top 10 college towns in America:

Hanna Tyser, daughter of Deborah and Michael Tyser of Somers, a junior Art and Art Education major, who graduated from Somers High School before coming to Saint Michael's.

Mary Waters, daughter of David and Kathleen Waters of Somers, a senior Philosophy and Spanish major, who graduated from Somers High School before coming to Saint Michael's.

Students who complete a minimum of 12 credits and achieve a grade point average of at least 3.4 at the end of a semester are recognized for their scholarship by inclusion on the Dean's List.
