Somers 2012/13 Kindergarten Registration

Registration for the 2012-2013 kindergarten classes will be held Monday through Friday, March 19 - 23, between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm at Somers Elementary School, 4 Vision Blvd., Somers.

REQUIREMENTS: PLEASE BRING WITH YOU AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

    .  Proof of  Somers residency*, your child’s birth certificate and child’s immunization record are required to register. Parents are expected to fill out all required paperwork at time of registration.
      
     .  To qualify for kindergarten in August 2012, children must be 5 years old on or before December 31, 2012.

    .  Children do not need to be present for registration.

*The only accepted forms of proof of residency are:

A driver's license with your actual Somers address PRINTED on the front (No PO boxes or address change labels on the back are accepted); OR a rental or lease agreement showing renters names and actual Somers address; OR warranty or mortgage deed.

Copies of these original documents will be made at time of registration.
