Ellington Volleyball Holds on Against SMSA

The Knights won the first set, lost the next two, and won the final two to take the match.

On Friday, the Ellington High School volleyball team defeated visiting SMSA 3-2.

Game scores were 25-15, 23-25, 17-25, 25-20, and 15-11.

For the Knights, Jenna Ferguson had eight aces, five digs, and five assists. Ali Larew added 10 digs, five aces, and a kill.

For SMSA (7-7), Brittany Fiederlein had 20 digs.

Ellington (6-9) travels to Granby on Monday.
