Ellington Golfers Remain Perfect

The Knights knocked off South Windsor on Monday.

On Monday afternoon, the golf team defeated host South Windsor 163-175.

The medalist was Ellington's Mike Thibodeau who shot a 36. Jon McPartland and Kyle Gresh each shot a 42, Jeff Bird shot a 43, and Greg Ussery shot a 46.

For South Windsor, Clark Robinson shot a 39, Andrew Handcock shot a 44, Bobby Hunt and Ben Williams each shot a 46, and Casey Shoop shot a 47. 

The match was played at Topstone Golf Course in South Windsor.

Ellington (5-0, 3-0) travels to Hopmeadow Country Club on Wednesday to take on Granby. South Windsor (4-2) travels to Tallwood Country Club to take on East Catholic on Tuesday.
