John P. Matthews and Mary Ann Simcoe transferred the property at 325 Turnpike Rd. to John E. Porcello for $250,000 on Dec. 10.
Webster Bank NA transferred the property at 144 Hall Hill Rd. to David A. Hazleton for $365,000 on Dec. 11.
