W.E. Staples Jr. Trust and the Julianne B. Staples Trust of Ellington transferred the property at 12 Barbaras Way to Joseph A. and Rachel E. Gaetani of Ellington for $420,000 on Dec. 20. The sale was recorded on Dec. 23.
Charles and Deborah M. Alaimo of Ellington transferred the property at 3 Windmill Road to Frederick Fieldhouse III and Hayley Fieldhouse for $412,000 on Dec. 19. The sale was recorded on Dec. 23.
