Troop C Police Blotter -- Arrests Ending Jan. 16

Ellington

Jan. 15

Andrew Dupree, 20, 124 Walnut St., Holyoke, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief and a conspiracy to commit larceny on Jan. 15. Dupree was held on a $5,000 bond was scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 15.

Somers

Jan. 15

Between the hours of 8 and 9 p.m. on Jan. 15, a suspicious red sedan was observed in the driveway of a home on South Road in Somers. The victim observed the doors to his trailer open and tools from the trailer scattered on the side of the driveway, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop C at 860-896-3200.

Vernon

Jan. 15

Susan Sandberg, 53, 365 Penfield Road, Fairfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Jan. 15. Sandberg was held on a $500 bond and was scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 15.

Tolland

Jan. 14

Sarah K. Liappes, 31, 763 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and second-degree making a false statement on Jan. 14 in connection with an incident in Tolland. Liappes was held on a $50,000 bond and was due in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 14.

James Francis Vicki, 25, 30 Hazel St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree larceny in connection with an incident in Tolland. Vicki was held on a $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 14.

Tyler Lusa, 19, 21 Avery Road, Somers, was charged with a failure to pay or plead on Jan. 14. He was held on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 14.

Mansfield

Jan. 13

Josue Solis Lopez, 34, 120 Spring St., Willimantic, was charged with second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation and third-degree identity theft after police responded to Cardio Express Gym in the Eastbrook Mall on Jan. 13 at 6:08 p.m. Police said Lopez lied to the gym to get a membership using another identity. He was held on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 29.

Stafford

Jan. 13

Stephen Omicioli, 59, 9 Stevens Road, Tolland, was charged on Jan. 13 with reckless driving, a failure to wear a safety belt and a failure to drive in a proper lane after police served him a warrant for an incident on Chestnut Hill Road in Stafford in 2013. Omicioli was held on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 29.

Jan. 16

Mark R. Ference, 32, 31 Buckley Highway, Stafford Springs, and Stuart W. Seiffert, 24, 24 Stickney Hill Road, Union, were charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 16 after police responded to a verbal altercation that turned physical at Rick’s Cafe on Route 19 in Stafford. There were no injuries. Both were held on a $1,000 bonds and are scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 27.

Windham

Jan. 15

Kimberly Draghi, 38, 91 Chaffeeville Road, Mansfield, was charged on Jan. 15 with third-degree burglary and disorderly conduct in connection to an incident on Mansfield Avenue in Windham on Dec. 15. Draghi was held on a $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 16.

Enfield

Jan. 16

Dallas C. Bailey, 33, 34 Spruce St., Willimantic, was charged with second-degree assault and an unauthorized delivery to corrects officer or an inmate after he was taken into custody on Jan. 16. Bailey was held on a $25,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 16.
