A 57-year-old Somers man was killed Monday afternoon while working at a parking lot construction site at Windsor Locks Public Safety Complex.

Joel Dehm, of Turnpike Road, was pronounced dead at Hartford Hospital after being transported there by LifeStar helicopter, Police Capt. Chester DeGray said. The incident is being investigated as an industrial accident, DeGray said.
