According to the Hartford Courant Facebook page, a Silver Alert has been issued for 63-year-old James Taylor, who was last seen in Somers.
The site states that he may be driving a PT Cruiser with the license plate 221-WLH. It describes him as a white male, who is bald with brown eyes, weighing 190 pounds.
The Courant states that no photo is available.
