Police Looking for Suspect in Dunkin' Donuts Burglary

The burglary took place at 9:58 p.m. on Monday. Around that same time, what is believed to be the same individual burglarized a Dunkin' Donuts in Enfield.

According to the Connecticut State Police, the Dunkin' Donuts in Somers was burglarized on Monday at 9:58 p.m. Within the same hour, what is believed to be the same individual burglarized a Dunkin' Donuts located at 545 Hazard Ave., in Enfield.

Enfield also had a similar case at a separate Dunkin' Donuts around Thanksgiving.

On Monday, in both cases, the individual parked an unknown vehicle off the premises and arrived on foot. In Somers, an approximately 6’ tall, white male is seen walking through the back lot from Route 190 wearing a black hoodie, red beanie type hat, blue jeans with a black belt, black gloves - possibly with silver knuckle protectors - and black and grey low-cut footwear.

According to police, the individual then used a short black pry bar to break through the drive-thru window. At that time, he realized that there was no money in the drawer and departed on foot.

As the individual walked back toward Route 190, he was seen on video placing the pry bar in his waistband at the small of his back.
