Matthew Joseph Frazier, 21, faces several charges stemming from contact with underage women, including a charge of second-degree sexual assault.

A man with both Somers and Enfield home addresses is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court Tuesday, facing multiple charges, burglary, perjury, stalking and the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl in Vernon.

Matthew Joseph Frazier, 21, has pleaded not guilty to the charges, court documents reveal.
