Frederick Dean Diulio, 58, of 4378 Larkspur Ct. in Port Charlotte, FL, was arrested for disorderly conduct for an incident on Newell Hill Rd. in Ellington. Investigation of a domestic disturbance led to the issuance of an arrest warrant for which Diulio turned himself in at Troop C.

Sept. 28

The is investigating an interrupted burglary on Colorado Drive. The victim was at home when an intruder entered his residence through a rear window. The homeonwer confronted the subject who ran out of the residence in an unknown direction. The Somers Resident State Trooper's Office is currently investigating several other break-ins in town and is urging people to contact the state police if they see anything suspicious in their neighborhood.
