Ellington-Somers Police Blotter: March 1-March 7

The following arrest reports, provided by Connecticut State Police, are accurate as of March 8, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

March 1

Bethany Gail Henry, 19, of 33 Dickerson Rd. in Marlborough, and Tyler Stone, 19, of 101 Maple St. in Ellington, were arrested after Troop C received an emergency phone call of a disturbance at 101 Maple St. in Ellington. Upon interview of the parties involved, it was determined that a verbal argument ensued between Stone and Henry. Both were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and were released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

March 5

Jose Santos, 29, of 78 Franklin St. in New Britain, was arrested via arrest warrant at New Britain Superior Court. Santos was transported to Troop C where he was processed and charged with assault on a public safety officer. He was processed and held on a $100,000 bond set by the court. On Nov. 1, 2012, Troop C was contacted by Northern Correctional Institution in Somers due to an assault of a correctional officer by an inmate at the prison. Inmate Santos spit in the correctional officer’s face.

March 6

Patrick Milikowski, 19, of 57 Loubier Dr. in Somers, was arrested after police were dispatched to 399 Four Bridges Rd. in Somers for a reported suspicious incident. Upon arrival, the Milikowski was located inside the building with several items of narcotics and paraphernalia. He was charged with failure to keep narcotics only in original container, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use with cannabis, illegal sale of a controlled substance by a non-drug dependent person, and possession of a controlled substance: narcotics.
