Dec. 6
Jose Montanez, 38, was transported from to Rockville Superior Court so that an active arrest warrant for the accused could be served. At approximatedly 10:04 a.m. Montanez was place under arrest on the following charge: Possession of a Weapon in a Correctional Facility. Montanez was processed and held on a $25,000 bond set by the court. He was then turned back over to the state marshals to be presented to the court.

At some time between midnight and 6:15 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday Dec. 7, 2011, the located within Meadowview Plaza on Rte. 83 in Ellington, was burglarized. Entry was gained by smashing the front glass window and various items were then taken.
