Ellington Man Charged With Burglary, Drug Possession

State police have arrested an Ellington man on charges of burglary and drug possession.

Jordan P. Harris, 22, of 60 Pinney St., Apt. 163, was wanted on a warrant stemming from a burglary on Patriot Circle in Ellington on Aug. 4. State police located Harris on Sept. 11 and arrested him, according to a police news release.

Harris was charged with illegal sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny and simple trespassing, the news release said.

Harris was held on a total $25,000 bond and was due in Rockville Superior Court the day of his arrest.
