Construction and Children DON'T MIX

Why is it that the Somers DPW used Vision Blvd (the school access road) as a SHORT CUT to hall dozens of loads of dirt from one Town field to another behind the Fire Dept? DURING SCHOOL HOURS!!! Driving around busses, children, and parents as they picked up the kids.This is simply irresponsible of this administration - an Accident waiting to happen. Thankfully parents complained and the School Administration requested that the town stop immediately. Was it really even a question they should have had to ask??????
