Somers Couple Wins Ballroom Dance Competition

Youth couple dances up a storm and wins big at ballroom and latin dance competition!

Congratulations to Dorian and Damiena Luje of Somers, CT for their recent win at a local dance competition!!

The Commonwealth Classic took place Nov. 2-4 in Burlington, MA. Dorian and Damiena, brother and sister, work very hard practicing and taking lessons at North American Dance Academy. This was their second time competing at the silver level and were a favorite couple with the audience. They performed both ballroom and latin dances, showing everyone how their hardwork and dedication can not only pay off, but also be a lot of fun.

We are very proud of their accomplishment and are looking forward to seeing them continue to excel. Want to see our amazing youth couple dance? Come to our Red and Green Holiday Gala on December 10. The night will be full of dancing and will include dance shows, Dorian and Damiena being one of these couples.

Inspired to give dancing a try? Do you know of someone who dreams of dancing? Give the gift of dance this holiday season! We are now offering special holiday gift certificate packages. To take advantage of these great deals, or for more information, please call, email, or drop in to North American Dance Academy!

Congratulations again to Dorian and Damiena Luje!! Great job!!!!

Damiena and Dorian Luje are always practicing when I arrive at NADA studio. I watch them enjoy their dancing before I take my lesson. Congratulations on the competition.
