Dancing With the Stars All Stars - the Best Season Yet?

Dancing With the Stars wowed this season. With the finale around the corner, it's hard not to think about how far everyone has come.

Every season I wonder what Dancing With the Stars will bring. Sometimes they choose stars who we all know, or forgotten celebrities trying to make a comeback to boost their career. The surprising things that happen are what really makes the show special.

What seems to be most apparent is that ballroom and latin dancing is so much more than just learning some dances. You quickly find out that it is athletic, or what we in ballroom call DanceSport. So athletic that many celebrities are pushed to limits they never knew they had.  Dancing also challenges in them emotionally and mentally, as throughout the weeks you see them breakdown, cry, smile, laugh, and truly become invested to the art of dance.  What I find most exciting is the transformation for many of these stars. Women become feminine, soft, and strong; while men become sensitive, suave, and refined.

Its shocking to see how graceful and light on his feet a big sports player can be. Yet some of the musicians have a really hard time being fluid on the dance floor. This All Star season truly raised the bar for Dancing with the Stars. After so many seasons, you always wonder what happened to these celebrities. Even though it seems more like a popularity contest in the beginning, it turned out that the strong have survived, making it an even harder choice for the final.

Who do you think deserves to make it to the final? Or a tougher question is who should win?
