Pelletier Bought and Paid For By Fairfield County Millionaires?

If Fairfiled County Millionaires and Billionaires put Cheri Pelletier in the 4th Senate Seat, who is she going to represent us or them?

It is disgraceful! Fairfield County is trying to buy another Senate seat.

Watch this! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsmMpQ84Nbo&feature=plcp

The voters of the 4th Senate District (Andover/Bolton/Glastonbury/Manchester) need to know that Cheri Pelletier has to be beholden to the Millionaires and Billionaires of Fairfield County. Not only have Fairfield County Millionaires pumped money into Pelletier's campaign so that she could qualify for a huge election grant from the State of Connecticut, but now a billionaire, that's right a Greenwich Billionaire, has dumped $40,000 of his money into television ads to try and buy the seat for Cheri Pelletier.

If you can't win it, buy it? McMahon's attempt to buy a United States Senate seat for herself is shameful and now Pelletier allowing these kinds of people to finance her, it can only mean one thing.

Seriously, these Republicans will stop at nothing to get power. I am confident that the voters of the 4th Senate District will reject the idea of having another Senator for Fairfield County Millionaires.

Well, Ms. Bourke - if you're referring to the Risk Reduction Earned Credits legislation when you comment, "as for the prisons, there is so much more to it," please enlighten us. You see fit to glaze over one of the most horrendous votes that folks like Senator Cassano and Representative Luxenberg have cast during their first terms. While crimes like capitol felony murder and home invasion are not included, are you telling me that criminals who commit manslaughter, assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, burglary, and other crimes are worthy causes for this early release program? Luxenberg, Cassano, and their Democratic allies across the state are running from this particular gem of a bill like they're avoiding the plague. They want none of their constituents to know that an atrocious bill like that allowed Frank Resto to leave prison early on April 12, only then to be accused of committing the murder of a convenience store clerk in Meriden on June 27th. Senator Cassano has been quoted as saying, "So instead of doing 40 years, they'll do 39." in the June 1, 2011 edition fo the JI. I'm sure that'll go a long way to make residents of the 4th District feel safe. Please, Ms. Bourke - tell us all how much more there is to that terrible vote he cast that made Connecticut less safe.

^Nope didn't gloss over anything in fact been up on this for many, many, many years... It is so easy to promote fear on the misinformed! Do the research yourself, not just with the bill, but prisons, prisoners, the system etc. and then we can discuss... Also, time is not a variable for prisoners as once their time is up, they get out no matter if they have changed or not. Think about that Matthew.

Seeing Ms. Pelletier back up and commenting on the Patch is refreshing, but I wonder how long it will last. Look what the Daily Kos has to say about her attitudes regarding transparency and accountability: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/11/01/1153630/-Connecticut-s-Citizens-United-Bonus-Baby-Steps-In-It It might only be a matter of time when her shrill, unprofessional comments reappear and she starts hitting the delete key!

John, Of course Ms Pelletier wrote it, changed her mind and then censored it. It is the way Republican operatives roll. Reading Craig's earlier postings, he obviously personally knows Ms Pelletier, and it is very hard to believe that she didn't know about the ads. If you see the craft the ads, it is difficult to believe that the Greenwich Billionaire didn't have help crafting and coordinating the commercials.

I guess this is why this mysterious "Craig" issue was picked up over @FireDogLake: http://my.firedoglake.com/nutmegct/2012/11/01/alleged-superpac-violation-in-ct-state-senate-race-uncovered/ it all sounds spot on to what is going on in Montana politics reported on Frontline this week: http://my.firedoglake.com/nutmegct/2012/11/01/alleged-superpac-violation-in-ct-state-senate-race-uncovered/
