Mark J. Decker transferred the property at 16 Main St. to Erum Shahab for $301,000.

Arlo P. Hoffman and Lynn A. Hoffman transferred the property at 129 Hoffman Road to Joshua L. Bahler and Carole J. Bahler for $40,000.

Ilir Bici, Todi Bici and Kristina Bici transferred the property at 21 Sunset Road to Daniel K. Fournier and Angela M. Fournier for $211,000.

Somers

Gail E. Grabiec transferred the property at 29 Tumble Brook Circle to Jeffrey J. DeGray and Kelly M. Casey for $292,000
