Somers Historical Society Meeting

We have a new meeting place for the Somers Historical Society, Inc.

On Tuesday, April 24, at 7:00 PM we will have our first meeting of 2012. 

After our annual report, author Jeanne K. DeBell will present her new book Crescent Lake Enfield 1913-1950.  DeBell will talk about the history of this Shaker-made body of water.  Originally owned by the Shakers, it became a private summer cottage community and developed into permanent year-round homes.
