Our love affair with fresh, local food continues as we celebrate our Salsa and Mushroom Festival on Saturday, August 31 from 9 AM until noon at the Ellington Farmers' Market in Arbor Park. New
England Green Mushrooms will feature healthy antioxidant-rich fresh
and dried shitake mushrooms, and Norm's Best will be on hand as usual
with Norm's delicious marinated mushrooms, both sweet and spicy. Our
vendors will feature varieties of fresh and cooked salsa for your
sampling and purchasing pleasure, including traditional tomato-based
salsa, both fresh and canned, and yummy spicy peach salsa.
