Indoor Triathlon Coming Up: 20 Minute Swim, 20 Minute Ride, 20 Minute Run

Ellington, CT—On Sunday, March 2, 2014 the

Indian Valley Family YMCA will hold the 4th Annual Indoor Triathlon.

Athletes of all ages and abilities will have the chance to check a Triathlon

off their bucket list and current Triathletes will get to add another event to

their training regime.





There

will be multiple heats of participants who will complete a 20 minute swim, a 20

minute bike, and a 20 minute run.





Proceeds

from registration fees and sponsorship's will benefit the Y’s Annual Support

Campaign. The Annual Support campaign helps provide financial assistance that

supports youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
